Louth Golf Club 100 Club Draw Rules
The object of the club is to raise funds for the maintenance of the golf club premises and to promote the game of golf in the Louth area.
The 100 club is open to all members of Louth Golf club, their family and friends and staff of Louth Golf club whilst under terms of employment with the club. Members must be 16 or over. Members must fill in an application form available from the bar, office or professionals shop.
Entry to monthly draws will be by subscription of £2 per month per number, paid in advance. Preferably by standing order on the basis of a minimum period of twelve months (£24 per number per annum), Members may have more than one number. Should there be more than 100 subscribers interested in partaking, then the organisers will increase the numbers as necessary. In this case, the monthly prize draw may be extended to more than three prizes. In total 50% of the take will be paid out in prizes.
On the assumption of 100 subscribers the monthly prize draw will be as follows:

2nd Prize | £30 |
3rd Prize | £20 |
Responsibility for payment of the subscription rests with the individual member, not Louth Golf Club Social Committee. The draw will be held in the clubhouse on the fourth Sunday of each month starting in April 2018. Winners will be contacted personally by a member of the Social Committee who will make all reasonable efforts to pay prizes to the winners within one week of the draw taking place. Names of the winners will be posted on the Notice Board in the entry to the changing rooms Registers will be kept recording the name and address of each member, the number(s) allocated to them and the subscriptions received from them.
Unless otherwise advised, a member will be deemed to have left the 100 club if his/her renewal of membership remains unpaid for a period of one month.
If a winner cannot be contacted, the winnings will be reallocated to a later draw.
The Louth Golf Club Social Committee shall have the power to amend these rules at their discretion with such reasonable notice to the 100 club members as is necessary.
